Jeremy and Scott installed a system on my property which apparently was more complex than I thought. When some of the hardware in the system developed some electronic glitches, Jeremy and Scott came out to my house and replaced the faulty hardware on a holiday weekend and never asked me for a nickel of reimbursement for either their time or the hardware. In short, they both do a very good job and stand by their work. These gentlemen seem to have the right work ethic which means they see the job through to the end until it is done correctly and if problems develop during the ensuing year, they fix those problems without complaint in a timely fashion.
